Favorite album covers

I'm thinking of using some album jackets as decorations, so I've been browsing my digital libraries to find stuff that has a beautiful cover and also evokes good memories of listening to its music; and I was curious to know which albums other people would choose if they were in my position.

Here's 5 of the 60ish that are currently in my list:

@Mariano This is a very exciting question for me because I decorate my space with albums! For now I'm just going to post the ones I already have because trying to articulate the ones I want is a pretty daunting task. It's for sure something I love to talk about so I will be back. For now though, I currently have the following albums either on one of my knick-knack shelves or lining one wall:

I'm starting to get a pretty decent vinyl collection, and have gotten into color vinyls recently too. I'm geeked about expanding my collection!!! But yeah, I'll return once I've had the significant amount of time it will take for me to decide on favorite album covers.

@SwampCreature Oh wow these are awesome!! I especially love the drawn ones (Goths and Good Luck Everybody are ). I struggle listening to new (to me) music but having so many by one band has to serve as some sort of endorsement, I'll check them out!

@Mariano Well the good thing about checking out The Mountain Goats is they've been around since 1991 and have 700+ songs so...you have a lot to choose from. The bad thing is they are for SURE an acquired taste, lol. I've had quite a few people check them out based on my obsession appreciation and nobody's ever really taken to them, which is fine! I think this youtube clip about says it all.

Hahahah my flex on SM is that I listened to every mountain goat song for them, so much so that they appeared on my end of year Spotify review, and still couldn't find a song we could bond over I did my best!!!!️️️️
