Hey everyone! I have barely used VR at all, but my only experience was amazing. It was just a video of you riding a rollercoaster, but the chair I was on tilted back and forth to match the video.

Let me live vicariously through you by telling me your experiences with it šŸ˜„

@Mariano best and worst experience, at a friends house, was walking on a plank off a skyscraper. Very fun but also terrifying, tricks you into thinking you're actually in danger🤢

We have a sit down VR gaming theater out here at an indoor amusement park. You choose a scenario like rollercoaster, werewolves, pirates, etc and it takes you on this five minute 'ride'. For most of them, you get to use a laser gun and try to hit targets for points and power ups.

We did this Mad Max adventure on a highway with raiders attacking and cars jumping in and out on this chaos filled journey. It was a ton of fun and really got my blood pumping. There was one part where it really felt like the vehicle we were situated in was actually falling nose first off a bridge. Super fun!

My worst experiences mainly came from my brother's console. He has some Need For Speed game that uses a VR headset and while it is fun, the thing is roasting hot to wear and I felt nauseous from the static heat build up around my head from wearing it. They really need to add ventilation on those things.

          I'd rather be creating!

I have the VR peripheral for PS4 and honestly I've only used it a handful of times. It's cool but not really something for casual, everyday gaming, if that makes sense? That being said, it IS very cool - I mostly used it for Resident Evil 6 and The Tetris Effect. Resident Evil 6 is too scary for me even played normally, so VR was AWFUL (in a good way). The Tetris Effect was awesome! I'm not sure how well-known that game is, but it's an atmosphere-focused game with lots of beautiful colors and ambient music. It looks like this:

so playing it in VR was a whole experience. All that being said, I don't even know where my headset is now. I haven't touched it in years.

Oh I really like Tetris Effect. Super fun to play after an edible! šŸ˜‰
